Passion For Life Expo Interactive Fashion Show

Using 6 everyday men and 6 natural women of different body shapes, Fashion Guru Sean Grobbelaar will use several brands to show how ordinary Australian men and women can dress for their shape, colour and personality. In a dynamic and interactive fashion show during the Passion For Life Expo in Sydney, Sean will describe, explain and indicate how each outfit makes the women or man dress to impress given the line, design and fabric of the item worn. Thus allowing the audience the opportunity to relate to the models and clothes, the audience will see at first hand which brands and which items will best suit them.
thewhitebook
Most of the brands featured in the fashion show have been sourced from www.thewhitebook.com.au, the stylish Australian fashion and style website which has been gaining a loyal following since its launch in May 2007. thewhitebook is a clever mix of editorial features, details of stores stocking Australian labels, sales announcements, hair and beauty listings and fashion events which are obtained by collaborating and interacting with the people behind them.

ClintonCharlie
A love of drawing at an early age led Clint Webster to design edgy women’s clothing which experiments with denim, leather and different fabrics. The first ClintonCharlie range was launched in 2005 and received an overwhelming response. A year of sample making, customising and tailoring led Clint into the competitive women's denim market, where he now boasts his “Booty Huggers” jeans as being the signature items of the ClintonCharlie label, with the first batch selling out in less than three weeks. Successfully creating a more shapely look to a woman’s derrière, these jeans ensure a tight and snug fit, with no sagging or exposing of underwear when she sits down. They come in different cuts and washes and have become the new favourite jean of many women.

Meet Tyrone
After graduating from the Australian Film Television and Radio School in 2002, designer Bill Chen established Meet Tyrone to deliver his graphic art to a larger audience in new and interesting ways.  The Meet Tyrone clothing label began as an in-house design project originally using t-shirts as the medium. Following the success of his first foray into fashion, the brand has expanded to include jackets, pants, shorts and buttoned shirts for males & females alike. Meet Tyrone’s 08/09 range features two themes ‘Murder Mystery’ and 'Back To The Future'. Inspired by some of the most captivating horror films, 'Murder Mystery' features four major prints; the 'smoking pipe', 'the crows', 'moon skull' and 'night watcher'. The designs are symbolic of the fight between good and evil, the two often obscured and reversed beneath a veil of secrecy.
